For Shibiza Services<\/strong>, a luxury lifestyle and rental company in Ibiza specialising in the rental of villas, yachts, and cars<\/strong>, we are looking for an enthusiastic, independent, and versatile Personal Assistant & Operations Support<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shibiza Services takes care of every aspect of its clients\u2019 stay in Ibiza, from luxury accommodation and yacht rentals to restaurants, beach clubs, transfers, and other Ibiza experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team at Shibiza is looking for a true right hand<\/strong> who would like to become part of the organisation for the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What will you do?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A versatile role with plenty of variety:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Villa check ins and check outs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Responding to enquiries for villas, yachts, restaurants, tables, and club tickets<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Preparing and sending quotations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Managing Business WhatsApp and customer service<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Back office and administrative tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinating the cleaning team when needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Creating content for Instagram, Stories, and Reels<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contributing to and supporting Shibiza\u2019s social media activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Practical support and errands<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Occasional grocery shopping and Full Fridge Service for the villas<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • During quieter periods, supporting with preparation tasks and the family<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Regular daytime childcare for one 1.5 year old child<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Supporting with the child\u2019s daily care and activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Average of 1 to 2 evenings of babysitting per week<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Who are we looking for?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    A true hands on organiser and doer<\/strong> who does not wait to be told what to do, but sees what needs to be done and takes initiative independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You are reliable, organised, flexible, and service oriented. You enjoy combining different responsibilities and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Experience in hospitality, social media, and nanny or childcare work<\/strong> is a major plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As personal support and caring for a 1.5 year old child<\/strong> are part of the role, it is important that you have experience with young children, feel comfortable caring for them, and enjoy becoming a trusted and familiar presence in the child\u2019s life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Important<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Preferably already living in Ibiza<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Own car<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Dutch: fluent<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • English: good to fluent<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Spanish: good level<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Flexible availability, both during the day and occasionally in the evenings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Looking specifically for a long term position<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Comfortable working regularly in Cala Llonga<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • Possibility of a Spanish employment contract through the SL or working as a self employed professional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Working hours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Part time: approximately 20 hours per week<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Daytime work is mainly between 09:00 and 17:00<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Regular daytime childcare for the 1.5 year old child<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Average of 1 to 2 evenings per week<\/strong> available for babysitting, generally between 18:00 and 23:00\/00:00<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Potentially a fixed Wednesday evening<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Some flexibility in working hours is expected during the high season<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • During the quieter winter period, the focus shifts more towards back office, preparation, social media, and personal support<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Exact working days and hours will be agreed upon together<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Salary<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The salary is \u20ac2,300 to \u20ac2,600 gross per month based on a full time position of 40 hours per week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          For this position of approximately 20 hours per week<\/strong>, the salary will be calculated pro rata<\/strong>, resulting in an indicative salary of \u20ac1,150 to \u20ac1,300 gross per month<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
