For Shibiza Services, a luxury lifestyle and rental company in Ibiza specialising in the rental of villas, yachts, and cars, we are looking for an enthusiastic, independent, and versatile Personal Assistant & Operations Support.
Shibiza Services takes care of every aspect of its clients’ stay in Ibiza, from luxury accommodation and yacht rentals to restaurants, beach clubs, transfers, and other Ibiza experiences.

What will you do?
A versatile role with plenty of variety:
- Villa check ins and check outs
- Responding to enquiries for villas, yachts, restaurants, tables, and club tickets
- Preparing and sending quotations
- Managing Business WhatsApp and customer service
- Back office and administrative tasks
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Coordinating the cleaning team when needed
- Creating content for Instagram, Stories, and Reels
- Contributing to and supporting Shibiza’s social media activities
- Practical support and errands
- Occasional grocery shopping and Full Fridge Service for the villas
- During quieter periods, supporting with preparation tasks and the family
- Regular daytime childcare for one 1.5 year old child
- Supporting with the child’s daily care and activities
- Average of 1 to 2 evenings of babysitting per week
Who are we looking for?
A true hands on organiser and doer who does not wait to be told what to do, but sees what needs to be done and takes initiative independently.
You are reliable, organised, flexible, and service oriented. You enjoy combining different responsibilities and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
Experience in hospitality, social media, and nanny or childcare work is a major plus.
As personal support and caring for a 1.5 year old child are part of the role, it is important that you have experience with young children, feel comfortable caring for them, and enjoy becoming a trusted and familiar presence in the child’s life.

- Preferably already living in Ibiza
- Own car
- Dutch: fluent
- English: good to fluent
- Spanish: good level
- Flexible availability, both during the day and occasionally in the evenings
- Looking specifically for a long term position
- Comfortable working regularly in Cala Llonga

Working hours
- Part time: approximately 20 hours per week
- Daytime work is mainly between 09:00 and 17:00
- Regular daytime childcare for the 1.5 year old child
- Average of 1 to 2 evenings per week available for babysitting, generally between 18:00 and 23:00/00:00
- Potentially a fixed Wednesday evening
- Some flexibility in working hours is expected during the high season
- During the quieter winter period, the focus shifts more towards back office, preparation, social media, and personal support
- Exact working days and hours will be agreed upon together
Salary
The salary is €2,300 to €2,600 gross per month based on a full time position of 40 hours per week.
For this position of approximately 20 hours per week, the salary will be calculated pro rata, resulting in an indicative salary of €1,150 to €1,300 gross per month.
